What is the onboarding process?

The onboarding consists of two components:

Implementation

We begin with a kick-off to clear up everyone’s expectations and discuss the planning. Next, the FTTH process is mapped out with the help of a consultant and the software is set up in accordance with the network provider’s Programme of Demands (PoD). Furthermore, essential integrations with the network providers’ construction or supply system are realised.

After delivery of the software, the application manager is trained in how to manage the software. Users also receive step-by-step training. Made-to-measure documentation is available as a reference.
